Personality in Jungian psychology encompasses the totality of conscious and unconscious traits that define an individual’s character. It includes the ego, persona, shadow, anima/animus, and the Self, which together form a dynamic and evolving whole.

Example:

Understanding personality helps clients explore how their various components interact, fostering self-awareness and individuation. For example, addressing conflicts between the persona and the shadow might lead to greater authenticity and integration.
