Definition:

The mandala is a symbolic representation of wholeness and order, often depicted as a circular design. In Jungian psychology, it reflects the archetype of the Self and serves as a visual metaphor for the individuation process.

Example:

Working with mandalas helps clients connect with their inner Self and achieve psychological balance. For instance, drawing or visualising a mandala during therapy can facilitate integration and self-reflection.
